From request to accepted order
Checkout saves an order request and displays its actual reference. It does not take payment or automatically accept an order. We first confirm details and availability and supply real manual bank-transfer instructions. Do not pay before that acceptance. We do not promise stock solely because a request was submitted. Payment is due within 7 calendar days of acceptance; an unpaid request can lapse after this deadline.
Prices, specifications and delivery
All prices are USD. Product prices and shipping charges include any applicable sales tax; nothing extra is added as checkout tax. Each listed headband or towel is sold singly, not as a photographed bundle. Check materials, dimensions, fit and care on the product page. Images illustrate objects and staging, not tested performance or actual premises. We do not claim medical protection, bleach resistance or disinfection. Delivery is limited to the contiguous 48 states and DC, excluding PO boxes.
Changing or canceling
Contact us with your reference to correct a request or cancel before dispatch. There is no cancellation fee; cancellation before dispatch receives a full refund of any payment. After dispatch, the Returns & Refunds policy describes preference returns and separately protects remedies for defective or wrong goods. Personalization, launch clearance and direct exchanges are not offered.
Problems and your rights
Contact the merchant first for a practical order resolution. You may report consumer fraud to the Federal Trade Commission at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/. The FTC reporting service does not adjudicate or guarantee individual refunds. These terms do not exclude applicable legal rights. If delivery changes before payment we notify you and permit cancellation if you decline revised terms.
