Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We deliver only within the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia. Alaska, Hawaii, territories, international addresses and PO boxes are excluded at launch. No pickup or public collection is offered.
What delivery costs
Shipping is $8.95 per accepted order, or free when the merchandise subtotal reaches $100.00 before shipping. The threshold uses merchandise after any actual discount; no discounts are offered at launch. Both merchandise and delivery prices include any applicable sales tax. No additional tax or carrier surcharge is added to the stated checkout total.
Preparation and transit
Preparation takes 1–2 business days starting the next business day after manual acceptance and cleared payment. Estimated transit is 3–6 business days from dispatch, giving an estimated total of 4–8 business days. Business days mean Monday–Friday excluding US federal holidays. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. A saved request alone does not start the dispatch clock.
Delays, address problems and missing parcels
Check the complete eligible street address before submitting. Contact [email protected] with the order reference for corrections before dispatch or if delivery appears late or missing. We review the circumstances and agree a resolution; no contracted carrier, automatic tracking integration or guaranteed date is claimed.
