Who handles your information
DULCE Lash & Body Bar, LLC, company number 20218149392, 359 West 12th Avenue Denver CO 80204 US, is responsible for the order-request information collected here. Contact [email protected] or +1 (720) 708-7451 about this notice or your information.
What we collect and why
We collect your name, email, delivery address, selected products, quantities, order reference and request history when you submit checkout. These details let us review availability, respond, arrange delivery after acceptance and payment, and resolve returns. Essential session and cart identifiers secure the request and preserve your choices. Do not enter card data, bank credentials or sensitive personal information in any field.
Access and sharing
Authorized merchant personnel may use request records for fulfillment and support. Hosting providers process the private stored records on our behalf; delivery providers and banks receive only information needed for an accepted transaction. We do not sell personal information, enroll you in marketing or use optional analytics or advertising trackers at launch. We do not claim that submitting a request sends an automatic email.
Retention and security
Order requests are kept for up to 24 months as an operational limit, not a universal tax-law requirement. Abandoned server drafts and cart records expire after 30 days; any security logs are limited to 30 days. Backups expire within 30 days. Any necessary legal hold is documented separately. Private order files are kept outside the public document root with restricted permissions. No system can promise absolute security.
Your choices and deletion
Email [email protected] with your order reference and access, correction or deletion request. We proportionately verify identity, respond within 30 calendar days, delete optional records and explain any legally required hold. Backup removal completes within 30 days after active deletion. Declining optional cookies does not disable essential order security. Applicable statutory rights remain intact.
